Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative in La Crosse, WI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email. Daily tasks include answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing overall support to our customers. Attention to details while creating invoices for product shipment.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills.
  • Ability to provide Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
